To deliver a massive visual spectacle for the Riyadh Season Opening, we deployed and programmed a synchronized array of six KUKA KR150 industrial robotic arms mounted on linear track systems to execute complex, high-velocity choreography alongside live headlining artists. I personally designed, engineered, and tested the custom sheet-metal end effectors mounted to each robot’s wrist. Fabricated to withstand intense rotational forces and rapid dynamic deceleration, each bespoke payload enclosure securely housed a high-output 30W laser projector and over 30 meters of integrated, programmable LED pixel tape. I dictated the precise mechanical packaging, data routing, and electrical power distribution through the robot’s supply chains.
