For Gatorade's exclusive Super Bowl 2024 event, we engineered the tech infrastructure for a multi-zone interactive showcase highlighting brand personalization and consumer data capture. Faced with high vendor costs, I directed the R&D and engineering of a proprietary, fully in-house RFID ecosystem from the ground up, delivering tens of thousands of dollars in budget savings. My team deployed this custom system across 24 interactive touchpoints, seamlessly linking real-time user data to digital bottle-design stations, automated beverage powder compounding bars, and a dynamic 'Bolt Bot' robotic camera studio. The robust, low-latency framework not only drove a highly personalized open-world guest flow but successfully captured critical demographic and cohort-specific product testing telemetry for Gatorade's future product innovation.
